This is an informal event where students can meet with employers to explore full-time entry-level positions, summer internship opportunities, and part-time employment. All UMD students, especially recent graduates, seniors, and juniors, are invited to come and network with employers from various industries. All UMD students are welcome to attend the 2024 Spring Career & Internship fair, an annual event showcasing local, regional, and national employers all seeking to hire Terps! STUDENT PARKING: Visitor parking will be very limited on Thurs 2/22. Registered students attending the Career Fair are encouraged to walk to Stamp from their residence halls or designated student parking lots. QUESTIONS? All students are welcome to come meet with employers seeking talented Terps from Black, Latinx, and other diverse identities.  At previous Success Hour events, students were introduced to a variety of organizations and learned about their diversity and inclusion practices while making connections that led to internships and full-time positions. Join us for our Health Professions Symposium brought to you by The Reed-Yorke Health Professions Advising Office, the University Career Center, & the President's Promise.

The FREE event will feature presentations on topics related to admissions requirements, gaining experience, skill building, and professional development. This unique, conference-style event allows students and alumni the opportunity to engage in workshops and panels that address a variety of important topics related to career exploration and admission to health professional programs. Presenters will include health professional school admissions representatives, healthcare professionals, current graduate students, pre-health advisors, and student leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to network with professionals in their desired field and engage with other students to learn more about how to achieve their goals in healthcare.
