We expect over 100 students majoring or minoring in Geography, Geospatial Data Science, Environmental Science and Policy, Remote Sensing, or Environmental Science and Technology to attend. Our Geographical Sciences and Environmental Studies majors have a variety of skills, from data source management and statistics, spatial and satellite data analysis, and cultural interpretation and policy assessment.

Fair Schedule
- 1:30-2:30 pm: Parking and Set Up
- 2:30 pm: Event officially begins
- 5 pm: Event concludes
You will be assigned a 3x6 table with two chairs and a table sign, so students can locate you with ease. Feel free to bring materials from your organizations, if appropriate.
- Table posters or brochures about the organization.
- Business cards.
- Description of openings, if relevant.
Access to outlets will be limited. Please note that we don’t have the facilities to receive packages or mailed items. We recommend that you only use items that are easy to carry and that you can bring with you. Business casual to business professional attire is requested.
For-Profit/Corporate Registration- Single Table (2 Representatives) - Includes one table for 2 representatives, 2 parking passes - $250
Government- Single Table (2 Representatives) - Includes one table for 2 representatives, 2 parking passes - $225
Non-profit Organization- Single Table (2 Representatives) - Includes one table for 2 representatives, 2 parking passes - $200
UMD Campus Office- Single Table (2 Representatives) - Includes one table for 2 campus representatives - Complimentary
Your organization’s invoice will be attached to your fair confirmation email. Payment can be made by check or credit card, however credit card payments are preferred. Send questions to Michael Martucci, mmartucc@umd.edu or 301.314.7238.
To pay via credit card: Once the credit card payment has been successfully processed, you will be e-mailed a statement to that effect. A second email will be sent within the next ten business days reflecting your payment and providing you with a zero balance receipt.
